About Ali Morgan

Ali has more than 25 years as a DEI practitioner, community builder, and teacher.  Most recently, Ali served for 11 years as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Director of Fellowship Programs at a competitive, Pre-K-12 independent school. Ali co-founded the Saturday Summit on Social Justice and led the Middle School MOSAIC Diversity Conference, serving up to 200 people in Fairfield and Westchester counties in Connecticut and New York. Ali holds a BFA from Southern Methodist University and an MS Ed from Baruch College.
