Adult Aquatics
YWCA Greenwich’s Nick Cavataro Swimming Pool is a 25-yard, 6-lane warm-water pool equipped with handicapped-accessible swim lift. All pool activities are supervised by YWCA's American Red Cross-certified instructors and lifeguards.
With the exception of swim lessons, all adult aquatics programs are included as part of all Full Memberships.

For Affiliate Members or Non-Members, the YWCA Greenwich pool is available for a nominal fee.

DolphinMasters Adult Swim Group
Are you a former competitive or serious recreational swimmer? The DolphinMasters swim group offers enhanced physical conditioning in a friendly competitive atmosphere. Masters swimmers can choose to compete at local and regional Master Meets as well. Open only to Full Members, and fees apply.

Aqua Fit

Intense interval training, plus aquatic exercises using various equipment. Sessions tone and condition core muscle groups. This class is not recommended for seniors. Included in Full Membership.

Pilates Paddleboard
A unique class that combines Stand Up Paddle boarding with Pilates. This Class offers total body conditioning and balance training on the water. Using the board as your Pilates mat, you will experience a session of core training exercises, leg strengthening and upper body toning followed by full body stretching. Come join the fun!
