YWCA Greenwich is proud to partner with Modern Self-Defense Center for a women’s empowerment training class to help them protect themselves against physical violence. Participants will learn techniques and strategies to disable the threat and escape to safety. Cisgender and transgender women, as well as non-binary people, ages 15 and older are invited to attend.
