About the Artist

Upon graduation from the School of Visual Arts in NYC, Carrie landed a job as the art director at the advertising agency BBDO. Her clients included Pepsi, GE DuPont, and Campbells Soup. She then moved to California and worked in the TV & Film Industry as a Set Decorator for TV commercials. You can see her work in the film 'It’s Pat’ based on a Saturday Night Live character. She expanded her artistic expression to creating children’s murals and consigned specialty art pieces in Santa Monica and Malibu.

Summoned back to the East Coast, Carrie shifted her career and developed over twenty original art programs and taught them to children, teens, and adults in libraries. Now a resident of Stamford, she spends her free time painting in her studio.
