Adult Aquatics
YWCA Greenwich’s Nick Cavataro Swimming Pool is a 25-yard, 6-lane warm-water pool equipped with handicapped-accessible swim lift. All pool activities are supervised by YWCA's American Red Cross-certified instructors and lifeguards.
With the exception of swim lessons, all adult aquatics programs are included as part of all Full Memberships.

Dolphin Masters Adult Swim Group
Are you a former competitive or serious recreational swimmer? The Dolphin Masters swim group offers enhanced physical conditioning in a friendly competitive atmosphere. Master swimmers can choose to compete at local and regional Master Meets. Open only to Full Members, and fees apply.
Financial Aid is available for qualifying applicants.

Aqua Fit
Intense interval training, plus aquatic exercises using various equipment. Sessions tone and condition core muscle groups. Included in Full Membership.
Aqua Fit Schedule:
Monday - 11:15 AM - 12:00 PM
Wednesday - 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM
Thursday - 1:15 PM - 2:00 PM

Swim Fit
Participants should be established freestyle swimmers, and ideally comfortable with one other competitive stroke (breaststroke, backstroke or butterfly). Freestyle will be the primary training stroke. Participants should also be able to complete 200 yards freestyle / 8 laps continuously at a median pace of 1:45 per 100 yards freestyle. Workouts will generally be between 2500-3000 yards in an hour.

Classes run from September 2nd to May 22nd.
Membership is required.
