Childhood Education

YWCA Greenwich provides a safe and inviting place for children to learn, explore, play and develop a life-long love for learning while building great friendships. Preschool, after-school and vacation camps provide unique learning opportunities for children ages 15 months through middle school. We pride ourselves on the diverse population of our students. Classes are comprised of children of various racial, ethnic and economic backgrounds representing the United States and many other countries around the world.

YWCA Greenwich is proud to be the only area preschool that includes additional courses in Spanish and music, STEAM activities, a Naturalist, as well as fitness classes including yoga, gymnastics and swimming, at no extra cost.

Our Kaleidoscope After-School Program and Vacation Camps help keep children and teenagers active with opportunities for play, exercise, and socialization.

Structured after-school programs, including STEAM activities, Computer Coding, and arts, strengthen math and science proficiency and increase problem-solving capabilities, thus promoting future academic success.
