Pam Pagnani

Pamela S. Pagnani, real estate attorney and licensed broker, is the Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of Sotheby’s International Realty in Greenwich, CT. Pam has over 25 years of experience practicing real estate law at both Dewey LeBeouf in Manhattan; and Whitman & Breed in Greenwich, CT.  Pam has led Greenwich Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage since March 2014 and is responsible for the growth and success of the office and its agents in the Greenwich real estate market. Pam graduated from Greenwich Academy, received a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Trinity College and earned her Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she was awarded an IOLTA scholarship for her community involvement and volunteering. Pam was a recipient of the 2020 Greenwich Sentinel Award in recognition of her local community service in Greenwich.

Pam is a lifelong member of the Greenwich Community and a passionate believer in giving.  She currently serves on a number of local boards including Greenwich Academy where she is a Trustee, the Greenwich Academy Alumnae Association, where she serves as President, the Greenwich Association of Realtors, where she serves as Vice President, Board Member, Chair of Education Committee and Chair of Community Affairs Committee. In the past, she was a Board member of Connecticut Public Television (PBS), Greenwich Chamber of Commerce, Greenwich Land Trust, Greenwich Preservation Trust, Greenwich Riding Trails Association, the Inner-City Foundation for Education and Charity, the National Association of Divorce Professionals, and the New Canaan Nature Center. 

Pam was influenced at an early age to become actively engaged in community service and comes from a long line of community service-minded women. Pam is most happy when helping others achieve their best versions of themselves.

Pam lives in Greenwich and has two adult children and three grandchildren. Pam loves to travel, lead book groups, play tennis, spend time with family and friends, and to be anywhere near the water or mountains. Pam’s motto towards living the best life possible is “The more you give, the more you live!”
