Stay active and healthy with a membership at YWCA Greenwich. We are proud to offer a variety of fitness classes and sports programs to help motivate and inspire the community of Greenwich, CT. With a diverse range of adult fitness classes to accommodate all ages and fitness levels, our health fitness club has something for everyone. 

Whether you’re interested in group exercise or personal training sessions to help you achieve a fitness goal, or simply looking to unwind with a yoga class after work or enjoy a massage, our facility is sure to have a program to meet your needs.

With a newly renovated fitness center, spinning studio, indoor pool, and gymnasium, our facility allows our guests to explore a variety of fitness classes in a warm, positive, and inclusive setting. No matter what program you’re interested in, our friendly and knowledgeable staff can help find the program that is right for you. Enjoy your favorite recreational sport or try something new including Pickleball, MELT, Tai Chi, Tennis, and more!
